He has also been actively involved in advisory and consultancy in wide ranging areas including direct taxation,both domestic and international, risk management, arbitration, modeling start-ups, acquisitions, venture funding, financial management, corporate law matters, project finance, Foreign Exchange management, valuation, liquidation, business modeling for domestic as well international clientele.

He has vast experience in the field of statutory audits of private limited companies, internal audits of private limited companies, NGO's, Trusts and LLP. He has helped multiple organizations in preparing projects and feasibility reports, in preparing business valuations, giving advisory services regarding acquisitions, start-ups and other funding related matters and has helped in liasoning with various institutions and banks for approval of term loans, working capital loans and other non-fund based facilities.
